YOGA & MEDITATION WITH TRACEY

The style of yoga I teach is Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa Flow, with alignment techniques inspired by Iyengar. I now teach regular weekly classes in Vayres on Wednesdays from 7-8pm at the Vayres Community Hall.

 

I give you the opportunity to turn your attention inward, away from the world of daily demands, pressures and responsibilities. You may need to make time for one of many issues: your health, more mobility and flexibility, your relationships, your, your personal development, sense of meaninglessness, lack of purpose, challenges aging, managing emotions, anxiety, depression, crisis or spiritual research.
