Microgreens are delicious, nutrient-dense superfoods. These tiny powerhouses encapsulate all the benefits of the mature plant in a highly concentrated form. There are so many benefits to having microgreens in your regular weekly diet and they will enhance any dish.


Perfect for kids who may not like to eat vegetables, microgreens are a fun way to garnish dishes and add color and healthy nutrients in a fun way. It's quick and easy to sprinkle micro-vegetables on sandwiches, on soups, curries, risottos and as a garnish with fish or meat dishes. Plus, they're perfect as we age, ensuring we're still getting the right concentration of vitamins and minerals in our diets.

50g cashew nuts

2 cloves of garlic

50g Parmesan

80g Microgreens (mix of daikon radish, pea shoots and mizuna)

150ml rapeseed oil

Blitz together in mixer and serve
