All micropousses are grown to order and we need a minimum of 12 days to cultivate and prepare the plants for delivery to our valued customers. We require a minimum of 15 days notice of cancellation of order or closure of your restaurant for holidays, etc.


If we are unable to deliver your order as per the agreed schedule but you are closed and you have not notified us you will be closed, we will charge a cancellation fee of €4.50 per live plant punnet, or 50% off your total order for pre-cut microgreens. If you wish for us to reschedule your delivery for the next business day, we will charge a delivery fee as per the following;

Most microgreens take between 10-15 days to grow, therefore if you wish to make a change to your order at any time please understand we need a minimum of 10 days notice in order to cultivate new plants for you.


If you going on holiday, or your restaurant is closed, you must notify us with a minimum of 15 working days notice. We will charge you for any plants that are grown and not delivered.

We invoice at the end of each calendar month, and we would appreciate payment within 10 days of receipt. We can delivery the invoice by hand or via email. Payment is via cash/ cheque or bank transfer.

We grow our microgreens in recycled punnets. The containers are made from fermented plant starch from corn, cassava, maize, sugarcane or sugar beet pulp. PLA is an all-natural, non-toxic, and theoretically food-safe material. We prefer to collect any used punnets on delivery or our clients are charged at a higher rate per live punnet. We are trying our best to minimize our waste and impact on the environment by reusing our recycled punnets. Thank you for your understanding.


We stand behind our product quality 100%. A full refund for any product that does not live up to our promise of fresh, high-quality produce will happily be granted. Pre-cut microgreens are best stored in the fridge and last 7 days (some varieties are more robust than others). For live plants please click here for tips on storing and handling

If your microgreens “go bad” before 5 days after delivery / collection, please provide a photograph via email or SMS and we will either provide a refund for the product or offer a replacement product with your next scheduled delivery / collection.
